DD has always been strong willed, confident and mature for her age.
Lately she has become 'stroppy', had 'meltdowns' tantrums, tears over small things (e.g. doesn't like her dinner) and become very bossy.
She's not playing with other girls at school only a couple of boys because she says girls are boring, but I've seen her interact with them before and after school and seen her speak down to them. She then complains at home that she has no one to play with!
She's doing well at her school subjects but this attitude is horrible and stopping her from having friends. We've always said that doing well at school is great but being kind to others is more important but lately she just says rolls her eyes at me(!) or answers back.
Is this normal behaviour- another delightful phase? Anyone have similar?
