My 5 year old d is tantruming more than ever shes been pretty good in the tantrum department up to know but all of a sunden the past few weeks have been full of them. At least 3 major ones a day usually taking to school walking back from school and bed time. We litterally leave the door of a morning and she will cry scream stamp feet lash out at me and sister for the full 30 min walk i have know idea how to calm her and discipline appropriatly the tantrums are usually based around walking her legs hurt as soon as she steps out the door and she wants to go in sisters pushchair (not a chance lol) its not that she doesn't want to go to school as she loves school and no problems going in. The return journey is met with a very similar tantrum tired hungry legs hurt too hot too cold etc etc but she gets that worked up most of the time when i ask she cant remember why shes having a tantrum.
Bed time tantrum is no where near as bad she just likes to try it on saying she cant remember how to sleep her eyes arnt working etc they do make you laugh but want to cry at the same time.
I don't know what i can do to make the walk to and from school less traumatic and tantrumless i return home daily feeling full on frustrated and upset i don't want her to see she's made me cry etc
