Benign neonatal sleep myoclonus

Does anyone have any information on this? My daughter has just been diagnosed with it and it really scares me every time it happens but I've been assured it's nothing To worry about (which is virtually impossible)

My oldest son had this when he was a few weeks old. His limbs would twitch for several minutes at a time when he was asleep but it didn't happen when he was awake. I remember feeling quite worried about it as it looked like he was having a seizure. I don't think it lasted more than a month and I was told he would grow out of it as his nervous system developed. He's now 17, 6 ft 2 and about to start university!
