Ways to Encourage First Steps

My daughter has starting standing up by herself now and is more than capable of walking around wth her walker and with me holding her hands.
Does anybody have any good ways to encourage her to step by herself?

I don't see the rush, just let her do it herself. Believe me when she is running around everywhere you wonder why you encouraged her!
