How do I get doctors to listen???

I am pretty sure that my 6 week old baby has a cows milk allergy. She has pretty much every symptom going! Plus she's screams and screams like she's in pain after each feed. Only symptom she doesn't have is diahrroea after each feed. I've voiced my concerns to HV/doctor and they've just said that she's a baby, they cry, she'll grow out of it, it's reflux. I've been given gaviscon for her but it's done nothing. How do I make them listen to me? I feel like I'm banging my head against a brick wall and hate giving my baby something I know is gonna make her in pain and uncomfortable.
Can you buy special milk anywhere so I can at least try her with it to see if that helps her? I'm getting so down and depressed because all I want to do is help my baby and I can't Sad Sad
I've attached a picture of the rash she comes out in after her feeds. I've been told that babies get rashes but surely it's not a coincindence it happens after each feed???

How is she being fed?

She is bottle fed. We've just had our 6 week check and finally been given some different milk to try. The doctor agreed that she's screaming in pain and I finally feel I'm now being listened too
