I'm so proud of my boys

We went to a big family wedding (my brother) this weekend, and my boys were on display in mini morning suits. They not only looked gorgeous, they also behaved impeccably all day long, and were very patient with all the hanging around and waiting. All weekend friends, family, and strangers kept commenting on their good behaviour.

Regulars on here will know that we've had some serious behaviour battles in the past, so will understand why I just have to have a little boast at their managing to rise to the occasion.

Thank you for indulging me. Roisin

Awww, roisin, that's so nice! Good for them! And you!

(And I'm sure you behaved impeccably too. And looked gorgeous!)

Delighted to indulge you Roisin - well done to your lovely boys!

tigermoth · 10/07/2004 10:51

well done roisin's boys! no wonder you feel so proud. A day of hanging around is a long time in a boys life.

I wonder if wearing those special morning suits helped - I can see a mumsnet tip in the making 'dress your child in their best clothes to encourage best behaviour....'

Hpe you all had a lovely day. It sounds like you did.

coppertop · 10/07/2004 11:31

Aww! Sounds like a fantastic day for all of you. Well done to your 2 little men.

Well done chaps, hope your parents recorded the phenomenon on video! NOT easy for little boys to stay good and reasonably clean in their best togs if my experience is anything to go by, so I am very impressed
