When does teething start?

My 10 week old has been dribbling lots over the last 2 weeks and several people have said she could be teething but I thought this didn't start until about 4 months. Could this be teething? Thanks.

Mine drooled from about then, constantly had bib on but didn't produce a tooth until 7 months.

You may well have to bf a toothy baby - all my 3 had their first tooth by the time they were 12 weeks! I bf all of them until 12 months, with lots of teeth - they don't really bite and if they do just take them off and relatch. Can you see any white hard pimples on gums? - usually a sign a tooth is on its way.
