My baby was premature so a bit behind with development.

He's just started to point out the white mouse in the "that's not my..." books. Can anyone give me an idea of how old their dc were when they started to do this? Just trying to get an idea of where they are up to with this.

I'm chuffed that's he doing it whatever stage he's at though Smile

My 18 month old doesn't do that. She does stroke the textured sections though.

I can't remember with that specific book but mine both started pointing at just over a year

Thanks Smile. I often don't try to compare (as it can be a bit depressing tbh) but good to know sometimes.

My 15 month does. Nursery taught him so don't actually know when he learnt to do it.
