What to get autistic four year old

Hi there. I'm hoping this is the best place to post for good recommendations on what to get an autistic, non verbal four year old for his birthday. He's at DD's preschool and I don't really know him but his mum said he likes paw patrol and anything that changes colour. I am looking to spend around a tenner. Thanks.

My sisters autistic and just turned 12, every birthday I always get her some sort of toy that makes noise and has colourful lights as she loves these x
