Hi

My baby is 15 weeks old, he's always been a challenge feeding- he is combination fed at the moment and it's been fine but the last few week seem to be getting worse.

He's become very moany and cryey in general - I'm not sure if he is teething a little as only happy putting things in his mouth and chomping down- however feeding is starting to become a nightmare. He's always been prettt bad on the boob- we just take that for what it is (after lots of help) however he is also poor with a bottle. He usually starts off ok, but then it's like he's in pain- grunts, doubles up, wants to drink but comes off the teat constantly. When he does this I try and burp him sometimes he does sometimes he doesn't and sometimes he gets upset. We battle through each bottle to be honest, sometimes he takes it all sometimes only half. He is very windy too and seems to struggle to get farts out also in general, he fidgets and seems to constantly strain, I thought that he would grow out of issues by now so I'm just so confused as to what to do, one doctor prescribed infant gaviscon which we haven't used yet as another doctor thought it was wind. I don't know what to try because I heard gaviscon constipates and bubs doesn't always pop regularly as it it's.

I don't know whether to go back to the doctors- I don't know if his increased moaning and crying is linked or just a phase. I just dread feeding him and day to day is becoming so draining, I just want him to be ok. The bottle has always been the saving grace with how bad he is with my boob, but now that's become bad too - Its upsetting.

Does anyone have any advice or experience, does it sound like wind or reflux?
