I just screamed in my 2.5 year olds face.
I don't think I can do this.
My poor innocent trusting baby.
I'm so.sorry, my beloved darling.

Didn't want to read and run. You are not the first parent to lose it OP and you won't be the last. Don't be too hard on yourself. Tomorrow is a new day. Flowers

Oh op. Today I shouted 'Why won't you stop crying and sleep' whilst my daughter howled in her buggy in the street. I then kicked a wall Confused It was bloody awful. I got her out shortly after, hugged and kissed her and apologised for having lost it. Feel dreadful about it but there's always context to these outbursts. I'm just sharing this so you know you're not alone in moments like this.

Give yourself a break, apologise to your child and explain what happened. What caused you to loose your temper? Try and find extra support if you need it.

Sorry you had such a bad day Flowers

Please don't be hard on yourself, I'm sure we've all done it, I know I have. Parenting can be bloody hard & tiring. Your baby will know you know you love him/her😊

You can do it. You are doing it. You love your baby that much is clear ❤️Flowers
