3 month old not feeding much

My 15 week old baby used to take 5 ounces every 4 hours. Today he took 4 ounces at 4am then nothing till 11.30am. He then didn't take any more milk until 5pm. Each of these feeds I had to fight with him to take 5 ounces. He has slept a lot today also. Should I be concerned??

I can't remember now when they have their immunisations, has he had them recently? Does he have a temperature? How was he overnight?
