I have a 8 month old baby girl who was 7 weeks early. Just windering when everybodys babys started sitting up themselves.
Also. She seems to have arm more stiff with the hand gripped than the other got a consultation on wed. Should i be worried about this? Trying to prepare myself.

My Ds is 8 months and was bang on time. He can't sit up on his own, nor does he really sit at the moment. He can but as he's not moving he's not fussed! He'd much rather be off and crawling.

My DS is 6 months and bang on time. He has just started sitting but isn't rolling and screams on his front so no-where near crawling.

My 8 month old has been crawling since 6.5 months and sitting since 7 months and is pulling to stand these last few weeks. He's not babbling yet though so there's always something to worry about! Grin

My first was 2 weeks late and sat up at 9 months (just). My second sat up at 6 months and was also 2 weeks late.

They just don't things differently in their own time. Try not to worry. Easier said than done I know.
