5 year old naughty at bedtime (bed wetting too)

I need help with my daughter who turned 5 today she's been playing up every night for 3 years started with smearing nappies now she's setting the bed on purpose getting her sister out the cot every night :/ at my wits end

Do they share a room? Are you certain she's wetting the bed deliberately?
