my little boy (7) absolutely adores his sister (5 months) and vice versa, hes the only person she "talks" to and laughs at more than anyone else. tonight when i put them to bed (he wont go without her because he says she protects him) she had a whinge. i heard her on the monitor but thought id give her five minutes. no joy so i went up and settled her. again it started and ds comes down complaining. i told him to just talk to her for a min, say goodnight and go back to bed so she knew he was there. off he trots and i can hear him on the monitor then suddenly she goes quiet and he starts crying. i went up and he said that she kept starting and then when she made him cry she started laughing at him. he was really convinced she had done it on purpose and was quite sulky about it. bless them. it was such a shame but i really was finding it hard not to show my amusement! i eventually told him that she had laughed to cheer him up because she was sorry she made him cry and i held her up to "say sorry" and cuddle him. then he gave her a kiss and they were all friends again! so sweet.

Nightowl, that is so cute, it's lovely that they have already developed such a special relationship
