3 yr old sleepwalker

Has anyone got any advice I feel like I am back to the early days. My Ds 3 gets up every night and wanders round. Sometimes he climbs into our bed other times he tries to get dressed. Some nights he's getting up 4 times. I've promised him a treat if he stays in bed all night but he can't remember if he got up or not.

try a stair gate at the door of his room for a while and see if that works.

I tried that he climbs over it. I just turn round and send him back and he goes back to sleep ok but it still means my sleep is being disturbed. I thought by this point I would be getting a straight 7 hours !
