Please someone help!!!

My DS is 5 he has been home for 2 weeks due to surgery, OMG he has been so naughty! He was let off for a couple of days because he was tired and in pain.
The cheek that he has been coming out with is beyond me. He is rude and just not listening, which has been a problem for a while now he just won't listen he talks over me and constantly interrupts! Please anyone any advice I am fully at my wits end and at a loss of what to do I am shouting constantly and I'm exhausted!

I suspect it's a mixture of relief that it's over, combined with a little bit of being spoilt while he was bad (that's not a blame, that's natural!) and cabin fever in that he's ready to go back to school.

I think I'd have a chat to him along the lines of "now you're better, I'm expecting behaviour X, Y Z. If you do, then I can take you to . If you can't behave though, then we can't go out, as I have to know you'll be sensible"
Or possibly sticker chart/marble in pot to work towards a treat.
