3.5 yr old daughter bit smelly down below

My 3.5 yr old daughter in the past few days seems to have a little discharge and slight smell down below. Is this normal or something I need to treat? Any help much appreciated.

My DD did manage to get thrush a few times at that sort of age - wiping back to front and spreading germs into her bits (I'm guessing). Even if it's not itchy it's worth checking out with the GP.
