13 month old ds hitting himself in head

my ds is coming up to 13 months and has started hitting himself in the head. It seems to be usually when he's quite tired. we tell him no and he just laughs - is this normal?!

Mine did too - I ignored it and it stopped, although if you're worried, ask your HV.

my 12 m/o bangs his head on teh floor. I'm quite pleased when he just hits it with his hands. Like yours Its mostly when hes tired and or hungry.
