Just after some reassurance I think

Family of 4 all just got over a sickness bug, one by one we got it. It's been a couple of weeks now since we're all better and just got back into routine.
Now my 20 month old has just been sick!
Is it even possible to have another sick bug so close together?
Or could he have just eaten too much? He did have a huge dinner, and two biscuits and then almost 7oz milk.
He was sick just once an hour ago. He's been asleep since.
Does this sound like he may have just eaten too much?

Little kids are sick randomly quite a lot. It's unlikely to be something all 4 of you get.

Does sound like it's a random thing. He's probably been a bit greedy. If you're worried, just make sure there plenty of hand washing going on and chand your hand towels for fresh ones
