Good book about feelings for four year old

4 year old ds getting overwhelmed at mo (new sibling) & want to get a book to talk about feelings.

4 yr old at the end of their first term at school ? More than likely exhausted. Most are at the end of a long term, with the excitement of Christmas on top of that, even without a new baby.

Anthony Browne - How do you feel? is great - it's largely fun but also shows and names more negative emotions

The Great Big Book of Feelings by Mary Hoffman is good for this age. Lots of pictures and discusses positive and negative feelings.
