teeth grinding whislt asleep

dd2 is teeth grinding again. its horrible. will she damage her teeth?

Hello, My DD has started to do this also. I have been wondering the same thing.

she did it for a while last year, but then stopped, but this week she has been grinding like mad, i can hear her from here!

ask your dentist about it. it does damage teeth if chronic. some people have to wear device to stop them doing it...

How did you get DD2 to stop? How old is DD2? My DD is 21mths. She does not seem to be doing it all the time, but when she does you know about it.

My dad still does this now, but the dentist has given him plastic guards to wear, the best thing to do is ask the dentist but also keep a check on how often it is.
