I know that the 'guidelines' are 12 months, but I'm sure ds was switched over by 10 months...can't quite remember though!

I started giving DS milk to drink by about 10 months and milk in things from a little bit earlier. TBH DS didn't drink much of it till he was 13 / 14 months anyway.

I always used cow's milk from 6 mths on cereal etc.

DS1 had it as a main drink from about 11 mths.

DS2 was bf until 20 mths, but drank cow's milk occasionally from about 9 mths.

I used it in food from 6 months and to drink at a year, but that was almost 4 years ago...

on cereal and in cooking from 6 months and as a main drink from 12 months, maybe a touch under that for DS....
