Question about gravel poop

3.5 month old daughter is extremely irritable, lethargic, whiney and unsettled yet sleeping lots during the day in short bursts. She's been having 5-6 poops a day, mucous-y, green, and almost gravely looking. She got referred to the paediatrician at A+E, a result of which they are 99.9% certain she has a UTI. The sample was too small though so we're currently waiting on a better one being tested. So, the poop could be related to that but it just looks so unusual! She's currently on Nutramigen formula.

To add: we got seen by the A+E the day before yesterday and they started her straight away on antibiotics as a precaution. She's not really feeding much and refusing a lot of feeds during the day.

The lumps look a bit like the usual cottage cheese-y lumps that you can get in baby poo. Were they soft or hard?

Didn't give them a squish! I would say soft though from what I saw.

I would imagine it's just the cheese-y curds from the milk being digested. I don't think it's an issue, but I'm not an expert!

Can't really tell from the pic - is it grainy, like grain mustard? DD1 always always got that when teething.
