the dreaded headlice

hello my 7 yr old girl has psoriasis on her head .does anyone know what i can put on her thats not going to sting her to get rid of the things

would you be able to wet comb with her usual conditioner? You need to do it every other day - more info Bug Busting

i try to wet comb but because the skin grows back very thick it lifts and her hair comes out
