2.5 year old keeps swallowing toothpaste

He knows how to spit it out but thinks it's funny to swallow it when we brush his teeth. I'm worried it's going to harm him somehow.

He'll be fine, obviously a whole tube in one sitting wpuldmt be a good idea but the tiny bit he swallows after a tooth brushing session won't do him any harm. Are you buying toothpaste specifically for his age?

Yes, the 0 - 2 year milk teeth one.

Thats good, the fluoride is reduced in them.
