DD is 4 on Saturday. Over the past couple of weeks or so she has been really hard for me to handle - the slightest frustration is leading to horrible wailing and real tears. She didn't really have tantrums or Terrible Twos...

Please tell me it's a phase, my nerves are shredded Sad

Is she in reception? If so, it's probably tiredness. It's a big period of readjustment. Try to let her get plenty of rest and avoid too many exciting things...just give her a lot of affection and positivity.

My daughter will be 4 in a few months, started Montessori in September, I've had the same the last few weeks, whinging & moaning & crying, going from nought to crying in a few seconds even if I'm doing whatever it is she wants, it's exhausting but I'm sure it's the new adjustment, tiredness & a bit if mimicking the other kids in class also, never had terrible 2s or any of that either.. hang in there mum, think we will have to hug them through this phase !
