Pronouncing 'R's ... what is the usual age?

DS age 7 and hasn't got his 'r's yet. They are still 'w's.

I know some people never get them but should I be looking for help for him(where), can I help him (how) or is it still too early to be concerned that it won't evolve naturally?

My younger son's SALT wouldn't tackle it until age of 7, as that's the average.
My older son has never managed to get it, at 11. It doesn't make too much difference, he's still intelligible.

Thank you, so 7 is average, so not a done deal yet. I don't generally think it's a major problem on the whole but DS has two r's in his first name so it shows up at introductions. I don't want to ignore it if I can help him prevent it continuing unnecessarily that's all.
