wobbly tooth how long

My dd has just discovered her first loose tooth, three days ago. she so wants it to fall out. I've tried telling her it will come out when it's ready, but all I get is "when's that" please can anyone help, roughly how long does the first wobbly tooth take to fall out.

if it's near the front sometimes biting into an apple can pull it out

Thanks yes it's the front bottom tooth,I'll have to try an apple. Haven't got any a the moment.

dd came home close to tear someone else in her class lost thier tooth today.
Weeks seems a long time for a 51/2 year old to wait.
