My 1 year old won't drink anything other than his milk. I've tried water and juice. I'm just worried he's not getting enough fluids. What can I try?

water down the milk a bit?

Do you leave a beaker/cup laying around for him to help himself to, or is it only offered at certain times?

Ultimately if he's really thirsty I'd have thought he'd drink. He might not be getting lots of fluids but perhaps the milk's enough combined with what he gets from his food. How much milk does he drink a day?
