My 3 year old DS has recently started having terrible tantrums at bedtime. He refuses to get his nappy and pyjamas on and as a very strong willed child, we feel completely powerless. He fights us if we try to wrestle him into his pjs and regularly shouts at us or hits us if we try to reason with him. He's not anything like this during the day so I'm guessing it's either over tiredness or a reluctance to bring the day to an end. Either way, I need some strategies to make the whole process easier as it's just taken us 45 mins from coming upstairs to getting him into his pjs. Wine needed tonight I think!! Thanks in advance
