Going out my mind with worry

Hi there over a week ago my 1 year old developed a lump near left nipple, he's had bad cough and breathing problems for the same time after he had chicken pox, he now has another lump near right nipple is this normal for boys

What did the doctor say?

When I took him to doctors they said it was a swollen gland that they would monitor it he's not due Back until 3rd October, I took him to A&E last Tuesday as in nursery he was constantly just falling over while standing they never really done much tests, he's had 7 chest infections, pneumonia, middle ear infection and tonsillitis and chicken pox since January he's always ill, today he's getting a temp not eating and that's when I noticed other lump

Im not a HCP, why not post in health?

What are you specifically worried about? Children often get swollen glands when they get infections. But he's only 1- you don't have to wait till his next routine appointment- take him tomorrow.
