21mo ds wont eat or sleep...... HELP ME!!!!!

from a v early age ds has slept thru, now however hes refusing to sleep in his own bed and screams when i put him down. we live in a 1st floor flat so cc isnt an option. hes also refusing to eat the food i cook for him, wtf do i do?

CAT me if you want a chat-i'm here all day as ds is v.poorly so wont be heading out anywhere.
Maybe he's picking up on vibes of other things going on.I know my ds certainly does.
