My ds 4.5 yrs old has just started wetting the bed or not making it to the toilet on time and peeing where ever he can. It is usually near the toilet door. Last night he went to toilet outside the bedroom door half asleep, this morning he popped his head round the door and said "Mum I need a wee when I got up he had already done it in his bed and his pyjama shorts were wet.
He has a new ds aged 14 weeks but I thought we would escape it as I thought bed wetting came almost as soon as the new sibling came home.
Previous to this he has been dry at night for about 1.5 years and has only wet the bed about 8 times, he will always make it to the toilet during the night but not sure why older siblings do this. He never gets in trouble ever for wetting the bed just wanted to know if anyone else has jad this and how long will it last and I know he has a new brother whom he adores so why is hje doing it. Cheers.
