Drooling

Hi,
My lo is 2yrs 3mnths and still has the occasional drool out his mouth. More so when he is concentrating. His speech is excellent and he can eat and drink without any problems, we are still waiting on some teeth coming in, so thinking it may be teething but not 100% sure.
Anyone else has this issue?

Just place marking really in case anyone else answers. My ds is 2.7 years and has a lot of drool and dribble, however he is speech delayed and has all of his teeth now. The speech and language therapist mentioned it and asked about any problems with adenoids or tonsils- no problems with them here but has your ds had a lot of throat infections etc?
