DD insists that she is a wild animal. At first I thought it was cute and showed imagination, now it's gone too far and I don't know what to do.

In class today DD bit another child hard know the face, she left a mark. I am absolutely mortified, I cried when the teacher told me. DD is a wreck, sobbing her heart out and to be fair to her she is very sorry.

She had apologised, will lose her golden time at school and will also lose TV time ato home. I am also making her write an apology letter. However I don't know how to make her stop biting, scratching and howling at the moon Hmm

Need advise please

This might do it. Nothing wrong with a short sharp shock and if she's sobbing then she probably knows she's gone too far.

Is she a wild animal all the time??

Could you compromise with her that she can pretend to be an animal after school, but she has to be herself at school? And yes, make sure she's sorry for biting...
