I think I'm going to have a nervous breakdown, I've just flipped and blown up and shouted so loud at 6 yo DS because he has wound me up all morning and hassled me about getting to an activity which starts at 11, kept hassling me to get there and worrying that we'll be late. I'm shaking and tearful and need to go hide in a cave. How do I stop this anxiety and how can I begin to tolerate it? Help please.
