Hiya all

We really are at the end of our tether! TBH me and DP have been discussing it alot lately whether he has ADHD or something similar.

He is four years old and is never still or quiet. He could litrally talk all day without taking a breathe inbetween. Even when hes eating his fidgeting.
Doesnt ever listen to us, when we ask him to do things we usually have to ask him a few times. His teacher has said the same thing, he never sits still, when she tells him its time to listen and be quiet, she is telling him over and over.

He forgets quite easily too. Just yesterday he was told off for tipping his milk onto the table, ten minutes later we found him doing it again.

Mornings are a nightmare, for eg this morning I called him into our room showed him where his uniform was, gavehimhis clean undies to put on, turned round and found he was gone, he was running up anddown the landing! He is gonna slowly drive me potty!

Any opionions?

Sounds just like my 4yo and his friends. Have spoken to my friend who deals with special needs and she reckons he is just a boy. Perfectly normal. Only thing we are looking out for is dyslexia. We have put him on fish oils and it has calmed him down (if only slightly) but i know where you are coming from. Was nearly in tears after a shopping trip with him at the weekend.....
