Well the title says it all really!!

Ds is 8 months and the temper on him is unreal!! He will throw himself about if he isn't getting what he wants!! When i say throws i mean he just throws his head backwards no matter what or where he is!

Today while he was sitting up i took his jammies off then all hell broke loose he banged his head which sounded really sore but then he kept trying to do it!
Also bangs his head when i put him in car seat??

I have an older dd and can never remember this 'stage' anyone else experienced a temper in one so little??!!! Please say you have! And i am not going too have an rouge forever

It's not really temper and he's not really a rogue, it's just frustration. He can't do things for himself, he can't make himself understood, he can't stop you doing the things he doesn't like. You may find it gets better once he's able to do more things for himself or make himself understood.

Until then, just remember that this, too, will pass!

Twoisenough my DS is exactly the same and I was starting to get a bit worried to as thought the temper tantrums only started at 2 years. My DS is nearly 8 months, and as well as the head thing he also arches his back and then wacks his head and legs down at the same time, making huge crash on the floor and propelling himself backwards. If I'm holding him at the time it can really hurt! Was getting a bit embarressed as non of my friends babies are doing it and they give him funny looks when he does!! Hope they both grow out of it soon!!
