DD is 2.4 - I've been on here a fair bit recently looking for help!
She was refusing to go to sleep until late and waking lots in the night. Then up early in the mornings too...
There was some suggestions that perhaps she didn't need her nap as this had also become a bit of a battle. She will only nap in the car or buggy so I had been trying to do these.
The last 2 days I haven't been able to so she has gone without a nap at all.
One day she was asleep by 19.15 the next by 19.45 but both days she has woken before 530... Is this to be expected??
She has a Gro clock which she used to pay attention too, also has toys and books in her room but she just sits or stands on the bed crying inconsolably which is upsetting.
Now I don't know what the right thing to do is?? Go back to the nap? Persevere?? I thought no nap would make her sleep longer not less?
Any advice greatly appreciated - thanks!
