advice re 6 year old bed wetting

I am hoping for practical advice to pass on to In laws. Sil aged 6 is currently staying with Mil ( his nanny) for a few nights over half term. So far he has wet the bed both nights. My DS only did this until about age 3/4 and that's a while ago so I can't remember how we solved it. His parents are defensive about it , stating he never does it at home etc but then Sil said they wake him up in middle of night to make him pee. I want to offer practical advice, and give them all some support to find a solution. Any help greatly received

Use a pull up, the alarms don't usually work until age 7!

Cut off for drinks an hour before bed and do toilet trips before bed in case they are inadvertently not fully emptying their bladder.
