I'm not sure exactly where to post this as it's really more to do with my behaviour!!
We have 3 DC - 10 yrs, 8 1/2 yrs & 4 1/2 yrs.
There is all the usual (at least I think it's usual ?
) squabbling, antagonising, screaming blah blah blah. But the bit I really struggle with is letting go of my feelings afterwards. For example, I wake determined that I shall remain zen and deal with anything calmly and often do the first, second and third time but then it just puts me in a bad mood/makes me upset and I really struggle to shake that even though I know I need to.
So my question is how do you do it? Am I normal???
I do sing Let It Go rather a lot to myself
