12 week old possible teething?

My 12 week old Dd has been out of sorts the last couple of days, we think she is teething, but as she is our first we aren't totally sure!

She is drooling a lot, putting anything in her mouth she can, including grabbing my hand and trying to get that in her mouth. Her cheeks look a little puffy. She's had several dirty nappies today when usually she has one a day, she has also been sick twice (she is sick a lot so this in itself isn't unusual but I'm not sure if it's maybe relevant in this instance). She's had her front bottom teeth showing under her gums since day 1 so That's not really a tell tale sign . She's also waking up crying which is out of sorts for her.

Does this sound like teething or something else? She's eating fine with plenty of wet nappies

It does sound like teething. My daughter's first two teeth appeared at around the same age.

Thank you I wasn't sure if it was too early! She's going to town on the gel teething ring and trying to do the same with her dummies but they keep falling out!
