teething issues

DD has had 20 teeth for a couple of months now so thought we were in the clear but has recently been acting the way she does when teething again...

Off food and spitting food out/gagging on it, drooling, clingy, hands constantly in her mouth.

Is there anyway she can still be teething? Perhaps the final ones (rear top molars) aren't fully through?? I've looked and they look pretty well through but not sure what else this could be??

Hand foot and mouth?

She's already had that can you get it again? There are no other signs with it tho?

Yes sadly you can!

How long's it been going on - if more than a couple of days then probably not HFM as the hand and foot blisters would be showing up by now (though sometimes there are hardly any).

Could it be a sore throat? (though not sure why she'd have hands in her mouth)
