Night-time wetting when previously dry - hot weather?

Hello. DS 3y9m has been dry at night since last Summer. Few accidents every now and again. However he's now wet the bed three nights in a row. Fairly sure it's because he's drinking so much in this heat. I don't want him to get dehydrated but if I was to reduce drinks before bedtime, how long before bedtime would be best? Any other suggestions? Thanks.

When ds did that he had an infection that needed treating. (foreskin, treated with canistan cream if I remember rightly). I'd have it checked out.

Could he have a urine infection? Might be worth getting him checked out.
