My DS 3 is on his fifth satsuma, at which point should I stop him eating fruit, and what could be the outcome if he insists on eating more. ( Not that I am going to let him, but I don't know why!)

If they are only small satsumas, its only like eating a couple of normal sized oranges at the most.

He might get a runny bum at worst.
