4 year old behaviour I need help

My 4 year old is out of control she's tired but doesn't want to sleep she doesn't want to eat she constantly wants to be on her own she could sit there for hours alone with no iteration no toys no TV and do absolutely nothing she's hitting pushing shouting screaming calling Me names constantly telling me I'm a nasty mother please give me some advice I need help

Is this new behaviour, or is it just that now she's getting bigger it's more of a problem? Has something difficult in life triggered this behaviour?

I think if I were in your shoes, I think I would begin by seeing her GP or Health Visitor. She may just be being a four year old (they're tricky beasts!) but I think I'd want professional advice, especially about the wanting to be alone with no activities.

What is her sleep pattern?

You say she sits ding nothing . when is this how long for.
