Concerns with co-ordination

ds will be One on Friday and he has been belly crawling now for a good 3 months.

Despite this he is still not progressing with his legs. He seems to push off with one leg and then use his arms to pull himself. Never uses both.

He's now standing up holding on but again does not move his legs. Just stands there. If you try to get him to move his legs forward they just go from under him.

He is due his 12 month check up soon so will bring it up then but it just seems weird how he won't use both legs. Only one.
