ds2 is 9 months old and I have recently noticed that when there is a loud noise to his left he always turns to his right to try and locate the source. Do all kids do this, or when he hears a noise to the left, should he turn to the left? My Mum says babies cannot localise sound properly. Is she right? If so, why have an 8 month hearing test for both ears independently??
