Hi all.
So to get to the point, my lo has been feeding irregularly lately only having half her bottle or 3/4 of her bottle per a feed. I didn't think anything was wrong as I've had wet and soiled napped plus she seems very content. Also I starting weaning her four days ago only with porridge. (Yes, this was advised by hv) but my sister and brother-I law came around today and commented on how my lo has lost a lot of weight. They see her regularly so would know whether she has or not. I can't notice, but I'm not sure if this is because I'm with her everyday. I'm now brginningn to really panic as she hasn't been weighed in over 5weeks (we moved house, and I had been waiting for a hv to contact me back about local clinics) I'm getting her weighed on weds but I'm really beginning to panic. Is this normal?

My DD is 6 months and around 5 months she was the same. Not interested in bottles, finishing one then leaving half the next type thing. Plenty of wet nappies, regular poo etc.

I also wasn't worried as no change to baby's general temperament.

One thing I have notice is that a lot of babies similar age to her already wee chunky monkeys whilst mine seems teeny next to them. But she is long and has a slender head (if that makes sense?), but weighs a ton could that be the same for you?

I haven't been to hv for about 5 weeks either btw. Given that we have to move up a clothes size I think she's doing well Xmas Grin

Flowers op, like we don't have enough to worry about without well meaning rellies getting involved Wink
